Calvary Chapel Kendall Missions

Thank you to everyone who signed up for the mission trips this year. Jesus Christ will be exalted as we serve Him in Miami and throughout the world. There’s still much to do. Just because you can’t go on the mission trip doesn’t mean that you can’t be part of the team. There are many “behind the scenes” activities that go into planning and executing a successful missions trip. Are you looking for something different and interesting to do for a year?  Do you like children?  Do you care about the unreached coming to know Christ?  Read on! 

We are a team of three families in southern Kyrgyzstan focused on seeing the people of this region come to Christ.  We have all been here since the mid-nineties.   

God has been good and blessed us with an abundance of children.  They are all bright, studious, and angelic (sort of).  And they need an education.  At the moment one of the mothers is teaching them but she needs help.  We need you!  We need you to help in the classroom teaching eight children in elementary school ranging in ages 4 to 11. All you need is about 300USD monthly support (we can talk about how you can raise this) and a ticket and you could be here in beautiful Kyrgyzstan helping to facilitate a church planting team. 

If you can teach the flute, cello or recorder we would be thrilled (but these are not requirements).  Being able to teach French would also be a plus. You do not need to be teacher trained but just like kids and be willing to learn.

We need someone from the beginning of September 2009 for a year or more.  Contact us if you are at all interested so that we can talk you into coming – we think you’ll have a blast.
